If you love variety and are passionate about a great guest experience (from afar), then this is the role for you! We have turned our Indy store into a kitchen focused center of excellence to support catering orders in the area, and are looking for energetic, multi-tasking, fun-loving team members to help us get it ALL done!
You’ll be on the front-end – you may take calls, package orders, cash out guests, help our boxes of yummy goodness get into a delivery vehicle, or deliver said yummy goodness boxes to our remote guests!
As a CB Kitchen team member, you will have flexible hours (full or part time) and the opportunity for promotion and continued development!
You will need to be able to stand for long periods, work in a variety of environments, be expected to lift, load and carry up to 40 pounds, and work with hot and cold food items. You must be able to understand and carry out instructions while working effectively with co-workers and managers to please our guests. You must be at least 16 years old. If you want to drive with us, you must be at least 18 years old with a valid Indiana driver’s license and agree to a driver’s license check through Indiana’s Department of Motor Vehicles. And....biscuits can’t wear seatbelts, so it’s up to you to keep yourself, others, our food, and the delivery vehicle safe!
